I really pride myself on being the MOST knowledgable, resourceful and connected person when it comes to everything local - from insider information on properties that have sold or might be coming to market soon, to specific neighborhood statistics and of course both community and industry-related news...and if I don't know the answer I'll work to find it for you.

South Dakota native Elizabeth Fischer is no stranger to a competitive environment - after all, she spent nearly 10 years skating for the Rocky Mountain Rollergirls - and that fighting spirit definitely comes in handy in the Greater Denver Area's fast-moving Real Estate market!

Elizabeth's clients not only benefit from her sales +marketing background, where she built up her vast research, negotiation and problem-solving skillsets while growing a branded swag company, and also while executing partner agreements in the luxury vacation space.

When she isn't helping folks make smooth moves + investments, you'll likely find Elizabeth exploring the trails around her Golden, Colorado neighborhood with her husband, daughters and sweet deaf rescue pup Max, or checking out a new locally-owned restaurant. Looking for international travel advice and resources? Ask Elizabeth...she loves to travel, spent a year living abroad in Japan + four months living in the Czech Republic. She can't wait to get on a plane again, and she would be happy to share her recommendations!
